Project Background
In a large-scale industrial dust removal treatment system, multiple steel storage bins are used to collect and store dust and fine particulate materials extracted from the production process. Due to the fine particle size and high cohesiveness of the dust, material bridging and wall adhesion frequently occurred inside the bins, affecting continuous discharge and system stability.
Solution
To solve the material flow problem, LZF Bin Wall Vibrators were installed on the outer walls of the dust collection bins. The vibrators apply controlled vibration directly to the bin walls, effectively breaking material arching and preventing dust from adhering to the inner surface.
Installation & Operation
LZF vibrators were mounted at optimized positions on the bin walls
Vibration intensity was adjusted according to dust characteristics
The system operates automatically during discharge cycles
Results
Material bridging and blockage were effectively eliminated
Dust discharge became smooth and continuous
Downtime caused by manual cleaning was significantly reduced
Overall efficiency and reliability of the dust removal system were improved
Conclusion
The LZF Bin Wall Vibrator proved to be a reliable and effective anti-blocking solution for dust removal treatment systems. Its stable performance and easy installation make it well suited for silos and bins handling fine, cohesive dust materials in heavy industrial environments.
